The Bhupendra Narayan Mandal University also known as B. N. Mandal University, was established in 1992 is a Public University for providing graduate and post graduate programs in General and Professional Disciplines. The University is located in Madhepura. The University Grants Commission (UGC) of India has given the status of deemed university to this institution. ItÂ’s also the member institution of the Association of Indian Universities (AIU). It is a premier  university of Bihar and is known for its high standards in teaching and research.
